Notice of Annual General Meeting
JSV Mid-Essex Local Association
Thursday 5th April 2012
2.00pm at The Quaker Meeting Rooms, Rainsford Road, Chelmsford CM1 2QL

Under the rules of the Sainsburys Veterans Association an Annual General Meeting must be held each year. There will be a minimum of five officers including a Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary.

The agenda will be as follows:-

1. Apologies for absence
2. Agreement of minutes of the previous AGM
3. Chairman's report (if complete)
4. Treasurer's report and presentation of accounts
5. Secretary's report
6. Re-election of committee members
7. If a committee member fails to be re-elected for their current office, they can put themselves forward for another role
8. Matters Arising/Any other Business

Refreshments will be provided - Tea, coffee and biscuits.
